      Pros

      Good products in their category Market leader in the Italian ranges Will get the exposure on the BTL (Sampling)

      Cons

      Variable CT will be increased with out proper notice to the employees. Bad pay master HO centric and only one man take the decisions and rest has to follow that wrong decisions No scope for learning and loads of politics Only Buckets will get the promotions 2 times every year with highest increments no one will takes care about the product quality
