There are a variety of opportunities to advance your career and learn new technical specialties if you continue to stay with this company. * Stable and consistent work. * Opportunities to travel and see a variety of interesting projects.
Cons
* Extremely poor quality of life - Management will send you anywhere in the world, for an undisclosed period of time, with very little notice. Good luck doing this work if you have a family and don't want to cart them around the United States with you. * Any individual that says upper management has "field employees at heart" is not a field employee....Fieldcore has structured their pay system in order to prevent overtime and paid time off for field employees. Neither exist. * Manager's call employees "resources" and not human beings. Expect a big corporate company feel that is geared only toward the current stock price.
