8yThanks for your feedback: I am pleased to see you have had a positive experience in role. In terms of support in the field, this is something which is also very important to us and I am sorry you feel you have not received enough from us, as with our extended team of dedicated Field Capability Trainers, Senior Development Managers and Line Managers we aim to ensure everyone receives the training and dedicated help they need to succeed in the field. In addition, our regular in class training sessions are specifically designed to help all team members further develop their skills within their roles. We will continue to monitor this to ensure that our team members are receiving the support and guidance that they need. The nature of any FMCG business means the need for rapid change is sometimes inevitable, which in turn means we need to make changes to our journey planning in response. However, our management team would always endeavour to explain why these changes occur and support you to ensure you are still able to drive your KPI’s and maintain/build in store relations. This is unlikely to change, however, we will continue to work on how we communicate this to the team in order to minimise the impact to all concerned.
