Pros
Decent hourly rate, easy job if you're savvy with technology, consistent part time hours.
Cons
Absolutely no way to advance unless you're in Dallas, Texas. As a remote employee, communication was almost null. I didn't have any contact with corporate for over two months. There were no regional managers (now there is one per state) until last year, and they're more like salespeople, not managers. There is no culture at this company that includes remote employees. Most days, I sat in my office the whole time and stared at my phone because I had no clients and no other responsibilities. I asked my managers for some extra work that I could do remotely, but he said no.
