Pros
Great people working there. Good benefits right from the start.
Cons
Unionized environment, which is fine unless your not union but apparently the same rules apply to you. . . this week. Because next week they could change. Boss is a micromanager, great at his own job but not a very good leader. There is no give and take in this company, they are all about the take. Tech services in the building are from the 80's. . . takes you a full day to get a job done where in other organizations you could do the same job in an hour or two
