Pros
Great people, good life-work balance, good benefits, they allow hybrid work, the job is not to hard and pretty relaxed most of the time
Cons
If you want you innovation, this is not the place, the seniors don't bother trying new technologies (when I say new, I mean 20 year old technologies), the building was built during the stone age and wasn't updated/renovated since, the facility is extremely outdated and the washroom is actually a real health hazard!
Many people left lately, no new engineers were hired...
Not many senior engineers, most of them are either 15+ years in company or less than 5, not many people in between
