Pros
The only pro I can think of is how relaxed the supervision is in the office. You can come and go as you please, and most people take advantage of that. 95% of all employees maybe work 6 hours a day. Most people come in late and leave early because they can get away with it.
Cons
The office is extremely unprofessional with no structure or training for new employees. Most people are hired right out of college so the firm can pay as little as possible. The turnover is the highest I've ever seen anywhere and I'm sure I will never see anything like it again. In the last 4 years I can count 45 people who have quit due to little pay and dissatisfaction with management and lack of leadership. To put that in perspective, there are only 60 employees including the partners. That is almost a 90% turnover.
