I get a paycheck every week but also know I can be laid off at any point I speak up or be pushed out.
Cons
This is the worst company to work for. Save yourself time and stress, do not apply here. Run far away. Management makes empty promises, lies, takes credit for your work. Does NOT listen to anything employees have to say. "Raises" are a joke, no matter how hard you work, you don't get recognition. Bonuses are never paid because this company does NOT know how to manage their money!
