      HR has great communication and understanding. Management is great, flexible with time off, and pay is decent

      Cons

      Contract work with limited permanent positions. Permanent positions are hard to come by and the interview process to get a permanent position is stressful.

      Pros

      Subsidized cafeteria and nice campus Great co-workers. High caliber of people that I work with at all levels, but it is also a very high-profile project.

      Cons

      Few contract opportunities. In my role, really wasn't opportunity to work on other projects. People stay a long time, again limits opportunities. Because the 401(k) requires 5 years to vest! Client service teams were ok. Definitely needs improvement.
