      Great group of people to work with, who are providing world class service to Fidelity! Our ability to find talent is a critical part of Fidelity’s overall success!

      Cons

      “Modernization” I would not call it a Con, but more of an ongoing effort to improve. Veritude continuously focuses on ways to modernize our process, tool and techniques we use to attract top talent.

      Pros

      Subsidized cafeteria and nice campus Great co-workers. High caliber of people that I work with at all levels, but it is also a very high-profile project.

      Cons

      Few contract opportunities. In my role, really wasn't opportunity to work on other projects. People stay a long time, again limits opportunities. Because the 401(k) requires 5 years to vest! Client service teams were ok. Definitely needs improvement.

      No PTO. No vacation. Horrible health insurance options. Minimum effort by leads and management. Favoritism. Toxic work environment in the Teams chats. Nothing done when reporting harassment of a coworker - retaliation experienced after reporting the harassment.
