Pros

- WFH up to 3 days per week once training completed - You can use sick leave or annual leave straight away. 4 days personal leave is awesome - Office is located conveniently for public transport and really nice - Supportive team and management (some) - Solid company - Good start if you want to progress internally though you have to stay in the role for a year minimum

Cons

- Due to the nature of the role it’s easy to get burnt out - Always understaffed, overloaded with work - A lot of information and procedures - High expectations from management - Corporate environment (pro or con for some people. If you’re not into corporate politics it can be kinda hard) - Legacy systems and policies

Pros

Flexible working Lovely office, although no parking Friendly people Good pay and great additional wellbeing leave

Cons

Terrible upper/ exec leadership. , CIO has no handle on department or costs. Keep making redundancies every few months, yet CIO worries about how to manage calendar. No clear strategy. A few restructures have been due to overspending on hiring, they then get rid of long term employees. What a shame, keep hearing from staff it was a great company to work for, now current management ruining it.
