Pros

Ok pay, decent coworkers and really good food. Ok work hours, but that is truly it.

Cons

Everyone from there is mainly from the North and has that Northern attitude. Lots of favouritism, and the training is horrible. Also the management sucks as well. You truly feel like you are working in a sweat shop and every mistake is always pointed out and when something amazingly good happens they don't care. They are very two faced and judgmental about everything. Worse place i have ever worked at, I truly doubt any place could be as worse.

Pros

Pay is ok, but benefits are pretty great.

Cons

So many. Long hours. Inadequate training. All about making money, despite mission statement as charity. Zero concern or transparency from senior leaders. None. Constant initiatives to make your lives harder because they have no clue what the employees do or how nor do they care. Not one of those fancy leaders is curious or wants understand what any of the employees do. Even the well paid VPs are leaving in droves to move to other departments or new company. The ones still there are looking. Lots of the upper crust of the organization are just friends of the President or other seniors that were hired by favoritism and handshakes. Together, they are driving morale to the floor. No one has the power to change anything now or offer any real feedback to them. Every minor thing has to be approved by senior leaders so all the other managers are just figure heads. Never has there ever been an offer to allow employees to express things that are not working. Huge gap between people running the firm and the underlings. Only 1:1 meetings are to breathe down people’s necks about growing and bringing in more money. Even my managers can’t do anything about it, so they want to leave. Everything is hidden and a lot of corporate speak without any answers. No feedback is ever taken to account.
