Grow or die - Operations Fidelity Bank (MN) Employee Review

Pros

This is an extremely stable place to work and stress is fairly low. Once you learn your job coming in is sort of "set it and forget it" and not much is expected.

Cons

Any attempts to grow your own skill set or work on any improvements to process/organization are met with extreme skepticism. "Thats just the way we have always done it" is the common refrain to never change/upgrade anything.

Pros

It used to be community involvement but now because the company is so short staffed. If you signed up to be a volunteer, the bank will make you back out and make you look bad to the company that you committed too.

Cons

If you're considering a job at Fidelity Deposit and Discount Bank in Northeastern Pennsylvania, be aware that they are posting job listings under the name "Fidelity Bank(MN)." This may be an attempt to distance themselves from the negative reviews regarding their toxic work Before applying, do your research and read employee reviews carefully. Transparency matters, and job seekers deserve to know the truth!
