      Pros

      Past management treated you well. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      New management has taken over in the last 3 or 4 years and it's went down hill. Husband and wife run the mortgage operations and sales (no conflicts there?) Previous president (Bruce) was great. It's a shame he retired. Previous VP (Rick) of the mortgage side was also great and had all the contacts/relationships.

      You receive a nice Christmas bonus

      Cons

      Coworkers are rude and unfriendly. Hard to work with. Pay is not as good as other banks in the area. Management plays favorites with those that should be gone.
