      Pros

      Very collaborative work environment. Everyone recognizes we are pioneering a new software category so there is a constant excitement at every turn as we collectively debate the right way to build software in this Model Performance Management space. Leadership is open to debate, dialogue and ensuring all opinions are respected. Leadership does a good job of communicating where the company is heading and how we're doing. Leadership is candid about our shortcomings as well.

      Cons

      A lot of remote work. I would like to have more opportunities to work in person with colleagues. Some opportunities arise for this, but more would be welcome.

      Pros

      Fiddler has a wonderful team culture, where everyone is given the freedom to make a big difference. The company is in a nascent space (model performance management) within a fast growing area (Machine Learning Operations) full of potential. Working on cutting-edge tech that has not been built before is exciting and challenging. There is a lot of market demand to solve these pain points for machine learning teams. Great company and opportunity!

      Cons

      As with many startups, there is a lot of change, movement, and high demand on employees. Can be stressful to hit tough timelines, while staying nimble to change tactic or strategy based on economic environment and customer needs. Have to be honest with yourself if a fast-paced startup culture is the right fit for your own skills and work expectations.

      Great team and vision. Love the journey but still unsure about the product market fit and key value unlock for clients.

      Product timing. Is the market looking for ao agent debugging vs. observability?
