      It's a great company to learn and work. You are well recognised for your contribution and get enough opportunities to grow in your career. It also provides a good work-life balance . Management is quite helpful and supportive and willing to hand-hold wherever required. Overall big thumbs-up!!

      Pros

      Rewarding career for people who perform. Weekends off. Full Flexibility As long as your are giving results/performing they donát ask how you work and how many hours you put Work from home culture is there even before the pandemic for those in need Strong metrics using simple tools

      Cons

      Fast moving and competitive culture, not suitable for people with laidback attitude. You may have to work over weekends yourself, not forced by them to be on or ahead of your targets Cultural activities have been hit due to pandemic
