Pros

*you will learn programming structure ,means how should we write code. But trust me totally copy paste work. Some time doing unnecessary code. *No salary issue

Cons

1)There Is no no no no management.. Boss will tell you the time will be 8:30 to 6:30 but later he said time can be change to 9:30 to 7:30. On next day boss will tell you to come on time 9:30 to 7:30. 2) Your reporting time should be 9:30 no issue about it but there is no fixed out time normally there daily out time is 8:45 to 9 if you near by company's location 3) boss is frustrated because his personal problems and clients pressure. 4) He always shouted to fresher employees and put pressure to complete task and even you complete task he find some silly reason to shout you. 5) you have to do all things like development ,support ,testing no issues about it but he put lots of pressure and say same time he used bad words , 6) Boss shouted on employees to reduce his pressure and frustration 7) Lots of employees are leave its job just because of its environment.

Cons

If you're considering joining this company, I highly recommend rethinking your decision or at least having a backup plan in place. From my experience, the environment is the peak of toxicity. Employees are expected to work 12-hour shifts, often without breaks or concern for work-life balance. The management, especially the boss/manager, is incredibly difficult to work with, displaying a short temper and a bloated ego that makes every interaction stressful. Constructive feedback or discussions are non-existent, and if you voice any concerns, you're likely to face hostility. Be cautious of the positive reviews you might see—they're either forced or paid. The reality of working here is very different from what those fake reviews would have you believe. Most employees feel trapped, and if you do decide to join, don't be surprised if you start thinking of leaving within the first week. It's not an environment conducive to growth or even basic professional respect. Proceed with caution.
