Company that doesn't treat employees with their Experience. - Senior Electrical Engineer Fichtner India Employee Review

Many Senior technical peoples were terminated just due to Security of One / Two top persons. Most of the technical people are overloaded, however not paid according to their Experience. Non technical people are paid more than technical people. One person wants to control the whole company from Admin to Management activities. Freshers, i'll not recommend this company as you may feel to leave in between and have to pay back to close/break the joining contractual Bond for getting relieved.
