Cons
They’ll force you to work 14 hour shifts and give you ONE short break.
Hard, dangerous manual labour at the end of shifts when you’re exhausted.
Management pretend to care but don’t respond to any messages or issues.
They expect you to work when you’re ill... if you call in sick multiple times they’ll ban you from going to staff events.

They're a business trying to solve an interesting problem in Nigeria.
Cons
Too strict and 9-5 ish. Thye have to understand that they're working with young people who need freedom and flexibility of some sort. Everyone was always looking worn out or stressed and tired and we think that's how it's meant to be.
