Pros
1. Office is located in a very good location. In HSR you can find a lot of places where you can enjoy and chill after work. 2. Amazing people work here. You can learn so much and grow mutually. 3. Fun activities almost every month.
Cons
1. Salary delay. 2. Permanent work from office. 3. Lack of seniors which can guide juniors. 4. Multiple times salary was delayed due to missed timesheet submission. 5. 10 to 7 work hours. 6. 0.5 sick leave every month which is very less in my opinion. 7. SDE3 here are of no help. They have assigned non technical people with SDE3 designation. They provide little to no help to their juniors. 8. Poor management is clearly visible especially in tech projects. 9. Poor work life balance. Unusual client call can occur on weekends without any notice. The employer never defends you.
