No issues with culture, mostly good camaraderie, which is lacking in a lot of workplaces. Work-life balance is okay, but it can get busy. Most people are on-site since they build hardware, but they have flex time (hybrid). This is a high-tech products company with a small company feel. Some employees have been at the company for very long and they are at the top of the field of knowledge.

Busy, should be a good thing. Training. people with the knowledge are busy so you'll need to be proactive.
