Decent place to start if you're young. Nice workplace. Good atmosphere with colleagues.
Cons
Big shortage of staff. And they won't look for new employee. Formation is almost totally absent. Totally (I repeat: totally) unorganized company, in every dipartment. Sometimes work is "organized" on shared Excel sheets (not even cloud-based sheets such as Google Spreadsheet). Do not expect good investments from the company. Free is always the best choice for them, even if that's mean really low quality of service. Salary is decent but lower than the average on the market for some departments. Overtime is not paid. But they expect you to work overtime sometimes, especially if there are urgent tasks to do. Disaster prevention and disaster recovery for all of their services is really poor to absent in some cases.
