Pros
Excellent benefits, coworkers, nice annual bonus program. Plant management is good to employees in times of personal or family problems. Teamwork between employees and departments is good.
Cons
Upper management has little appreciation for the employees. They "say" that it is not a numbers-driven company, but it absolutely is. And achievement of the numbers and financial goals is rewarded in bonuses, but never any increase in base salary. Holding company owners demand substantial increases in volume and margin every year, which usually is achieved at great effort. At some point, additional people or additional pay is warranted. Public appearance of workplace was an embarrassment.
