Pros

You don't have to worry about too much advancement if that's a concern.

Cons

Though there is a start time, there is no finish time, and you practically need to be a mathematician to figure out how exactly your paid. Plus, you better keep a close eye on your work orders to make sure you are actually getting paid what you should be. This company does a lot of over promising and under delivering. They promise company shares after 10 years of employment but it takes over 12 years before they actually deliver them which is even more insulting after you consider the year you have to vest your stocks before you can actually cash them out. There is no sick pay, no quarterly or anual bonuses. You'll probably get a small Christmas bonus, but the amount is never consistent, and there is no profit sharing. Also, don't expect regular raises, unless your prepared to ask for them most times. This is, by far, the hardest job I've ever done, but there is very little room to advance. In fact, theres a good shot you start going backwards. This company treats all of there employees as if they are disposable, including their most loyal. They are a very greedy company to work for

Cons

Management management management is a recurring theme here one of the worst employers I’ve ever had. Will not hesitate to get up in your face so get used to biting your tongue over the most simple things. It’s like dealing with a child really. The work is horrible would never recommend to anyone that I know. 5 sometimes 6 days a week (50-60) hours of pure misery slaving away for a mere $800-1000. Turn over is high most don’t last longer then a day or two before saying screw this! The ones that do stay last a few years. This place really changed me in a negative way I became very hateful and depressed with life.
