Pros
Great HR people, they seem to have plenty of jobs available, they are willing to re-hire if you leave on good terms
Cons
On the low end of pay scale, it’s very difficult to further education and training here, they use go between system of company liaison repping you to higher management. Anything they don’t want you to have rep will claim that higher management vetoed it - you never get to rep yourself to higher managers
