It is good for starting your career

Pay is less. Nepotism is rampant

You'll get work which you're not even entitled for.Good for learning something new. The H.R. though not very enlightening when it comes to functions and programs(not his fault either because of low investment by the founder itself)helps you pretty much in everything except salary.

Your Boss,Infact Boss of every department.No one has any idea of what to do,when to do and how to do.In crucial times when you can shine,your boss wont let you.If you want your career to go right,you literally have to fight with your boss. And don't even think of getting into a company on some other company's payroll which is quite common here as this will create problem when you'll be moving to a new company. Expect to get late salaries,which is again a common problem here,And late by not a week or two but by a month or two,yes you read it 'a month or two'.As you get salary hikes or get promoted (that is if you act as a shoe sole of your boss)your salary might get late even more,as that is what the founder thinks,stop salary person works.
