Pros

Easy hiring process. Good place for starting devs to get a foot in the door. Fun people, really crazy parties, lots of opportunities to network with local businesses. Good community presence. As a developer, appreciated that salesmen/managers provided a buffer zone between us and unhappy clients. Attractive company cars (for onsite support staff). Shiny suits and ties. Cheerleaders hired for special events.

Cons

Loud, aggressive, vulgar, sometimes bullying environment. Unhappy clients. Highly variable product quality. Low job security. Frequent hires and layoffs. Noncompetitive pay. Little advancement opportunity. Culture not conducive to software development work. Rigid dress code and work hours. Corporate politics heavy with unspoken "be-a-team-player" rules.

Pros

The co-workers in the office were great. All the people on my team were friendly, welcoming, and very approachable and collaborative. There wasn't bureaucracy, and the company had a very modern and fun informal style. Efficient processes were used, and working with the clients was very smooth. Fun place to work during the short time that I was there. Delivers great quality service to their clients also. The tech people here are very skilled at what they do!

Cons

The management is absolutely unstable. They hired me telling me they wanted me to grow with the company long term, then fired me for no cause after 1 month because they "wanted to go in a different direction." The CEO got very rude with me when I asked for more clarification on the situation. However, I landed a great job shortly after that ended up being a better fit for me. The colleagues and team members here (non-management) were great, but the founder is a lying sociopath who will use you and discard you without a second thought, so watch out. If you're unemployed with nothing to lose, or a student looking for your first job, this place could be a great solution for your next step. But, warning: do NOT leave a current job to come here, and do not pass up another offer in favor of Feynman, because in the end they will have ZERO qualms about cutting your position out of the blue even if your performance is great. This place has frequent fires and low job stabilitity, so be very aware of that if you do decide to join the team. And realize that the leadership here absolutely cannot be trusted. Any talk of "integrity" from them is absolute BS.
