My department allowed for flexible scheduling. Days go quickly because there is always work to do.
Cons
Still small in the US, little opportunity for growth or promotion. Only select employees grow with the company, and it isn’t clear what qualifies them. Compensation and benefits are mediocre compared to industry standard.
