- Lovely people once you get to know them - Great bar - Cool clubs (running, book, tennis) - Interesting work and customers - wide scope to expand skills - Great team, everyone is very willing to help if you have questions
Cons
- Most people save for a select few are very underpaid and everyone is dropping like flies from the business - The structure is not flat, upper management keeps a tight hold on career opportunities and there is little scope for progression - Work is added on without reassessment of role or compensation when people leave - Company culture is weak, with very few company socials and high turnover rate Advice is to join the company with an acceptable salary, work for a few years and leave. Don't expect to get anything more unless someone in upper management has your back.
