Chill Work Culture overall nice environment

Did not get paid for my internship duration

The work is fun, you get to learn a lot

managers do not respect your work life balance, you could get a call and if you don't respond in 5 minutes (even if it's on a weekend) you will be called out in groups, very draining, very demanding. Workload is too much but since I am a workaholic I am able to manage it
