Pros
- Base salary is good and similar to other companies in the area
- Commission is based on your own work - if you are willing to work hard, you can do well
- Young staff - recent college grads fit in well and most of the staff is friends outside of work too, makes it enjoyable
- Really fast paced - days fly by and it's challenging work with problem solving, not just calling
- They realy do promote from within. I haven't seen them bring in any outside managers during my time. Also, promotions are based on ability, not seniority. If you are good, you can get promoted quick - you don't have to wait for someone else to move on or retire like many companies
- It is an interesting industry to work in
Cons
- It is all phone work and mostly outbound, it can get boring for someone who is not aggressive or competitive - you have to have the drive and be willing to put in hard work to be successful at this
It's a true outbound calling sales position, if that isn't what you want to do, this isn't going to be a good fit for you
