Pros

Great people. Nice and friendly colleagues.

Cons

I drafted a long post detailing the failure of leadership and how toxic and incompetent it is, but it has been said a dozen times by other reviewers (ignoring the obvious fakes) so I won't bother. Stay far away.

Pros

Fast Paced, amazing people and culture, transparency, rapid growth, unique consumer value prop, strong company purpose, FUN.

Cons

Fast paced. :) Good and bad. Fast growing start up, so have to be able to keep up with the pace, be agile, collaborative, resourceful, problem solve. If you can do that, it's great.

Thank you for taking the time to share this review and for your continued dedication over the past three years. We're thrilled to hear that our people, culture and transparency have been such positive highlights of your time here. It means a lot to know that our company purpose and consumer value proposition continue to inspire you, and that you are having fun along the way. We had a good laugh seeing "fast-paced" in both sections. We agree that navigating a rapid-growth environment brings a unique mix of exciting opportunities and real challenges. Keeping up with a demanding pace requires a lot of hard work, but we want to ensure it never comes at the expense of your well-being. It is important to us that as we grow, our team members feel actively supported in setting boundaries and taking the time they need to recharge. Thanks again for sharing your perspective and for being part of the journey!

Pros

Good benefits, great pto policy, great rewards system, on paper the company looks great

Cons

-incompetent leadership (not all, but a good portion) -bait and switch style hire process -they don't have solid direction on where they are headed so it's a lot of top-down confusion -leaders have heads in the clouds but don't know how the tactical things happen, so there are two different realities amongst execs and the lower level employees doing the work -pay comparisons are questionable -microaggressions, bullying, and bias run rampant as it's not much diversity -absolutely no one knows who does what, so you will spend hours or days finding the right person just to get a task done OR question answered. Causing unnecessary delays and tension. -Because of the ai first nature, a lot of people are hired that don't have a clue what they are doing tactically. So conversations and next steps are written and fueled by ai. -Everyone talks like walking philosopher degrees with unnecessary filler and jargon to SOUND like they know what they are doing, but not enough tactical skill. Semantics are huge here. Because of this, ALOT of miscommunication and confusion happens. -They don't have the proper organization or management tools, just slack heavy... as you can imagine chaos breeds in this space. Everyone says "Welcome to Fetch" instead of just hiring the right leaders to bring structure asap. -The focus is too much on doing whatever to get the job done and hit revenue goals.
