Unorganised environment - Manager Fetch.AI Employee Review

- Equipment is mostly old. Except for a handful of lucky ones. Laptops are mostly reused 4y old laptop that tend to be unreliable. - Management tend to push their ideas thinking they know better even though they don't have a clue. - If you disagree and raise concern about decisions and directions the company takes your contract is terminated. and no explanation is given to the team to understand what happened to their teammate. Management acts like nothing happened even if it affects the entire team organisation and skillset.
