      Pros

      Opportunity to learn about yourself in a negative work environment. There were some very nice people mixed into the majority of miserable employees.

      Cons

      Hypocritical management that treats employees poorly to make themselves feel better, while demanding you kiss there butts at the same time. Read other employee reviews. Most of the plant is extremely depressed and overworked. Very dark atmosphere I haven't experienced at other jobs.

      Some of the people that I worked with were really good people

      Cons

      Communication is non existent, they play favorites. People get paid to do a job and they don't do their job. Maintenance on machinery is not kept up therefore machinery keeps breaking. The head boss at this facility has no idea how to be an actual leader. Nothing is ever good enough that his employees accomplish nothing
