Poor outlook - Associate Professor Ferrum College Employee Review

Low salary, shrinking student numbers, lots of fear the place will close like many small colleges in the US. The remote location makes it hard to retain students. Good faculty and staff have left or are leaving. When faculty and staff leave, the administrators look for ways to divide work among remaining workers to keep from hiring replacements.
