Pros
Good learning experiences. They give you many jobs all under one title. It was nice working with the general public.
Cons
Ferrous Processing (a Soave company) tends to hire friends and family, anyone not in the "family" will get bullied and talked about. The chance for career opportunities are slim to none. IF you happen to move up and your not part of the "family" the target on your back gets larger as you move up.
