Was a Good Job - Quality Control Technician Ferro Employee Review

Somebody was steeling the Gold & Silver retain Samples, so unfortunately had to spend a lot of money on security, Also making it a more controlled environment, Still was a Good Job, I had the Idea for Solar Paste product, took 80 minutes and I shortened the Test to 20 min, So Ferro saved 1 Hour for every Lot of Solar paste they sold, I was never rewarded for this Great savings of 40,000 to 60,000 per Year, So I left the company for better compensation.
