      Lots of room to get involved with new projects. Great people to work with.

      It's growing fast and needing to learn how to cope with it's size, this can negatively effect people's experience. Workload can be very heavy.

      Subpar 401(k) match, no non-salary perks Absent leadership Favoritism and double standards Controlling environment Lack of transparency No interest in hearing your voice, ideas EQ is not in high supply there but gaslighting exists
