      Great Culture, you don't feel a lot of pressure, good work-life balance, great food and state-of-the-art technology and very modern office.

      Cons

      Might be hard to develop a career there if you don't know the right people. Progression is very random.

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
