Pros
Great employer, with a great care of its employees. Security of the position. Very competitive on all markets. Ferrero is driving fast and is living radical changes very quickly. They recruite worlwide at a high frequency.
Cons
The company does not have the culture and the structure yet to optimize the radical changes that its living. For such reasons Ferrero is very chaotic and not transparent at all on internal strategies, especially on HR. Coordination and team-work is very low and bureaucratic. The speed of change management is too slow for anglo-saxon profiles. You better be patient.
