Pros
Weekly pay, friendly coworkers, weekends off.
Cons
You’ll be micromanaged from day one by upper management who primarily walks around chewing Tabacco looking for issues to complain about. You’ll be forced to write up drivers you have no back story about, and there’s a lack of training due to to the fact everyone is out due to “family emergencies” you’ll spend part of your day twiddling your thumbs and the other half working on workers comp cases because half the fleet gets hurt every week. Ferraro needs to get with the times and get rid of the old. This is a shared building/parking lot and they’re trying to make this division of Ferraro profitable so it can be sold to another company in the next few years. If you have any professionalism and dignity just do yourself a favor and swipe left, don’t let the salary persuade you into making a costly mistake. If you do decide to take this position don’t put down roots into this company and keep an eye out for something better.
