      It's a very famous enterprise. It boosts your CV for future job searchs.

      Cons

      Low salary. Messy governance. Aggressive behaviour of the bosses. Large amount of overtime work. Low quality of canteen's meal. Sexism versus men. Inappropriate behaviour of many bosses. Large amount of undermployment and inappropriate endorsement.

      Extremely smart and driven colleagues that are firing on all cylinders on company initiatives

      Cons

      Internal communication of priorities can be unclear so everything becomes a priority and then the work suffers

      Pros

      Health Benefits are amazing. Opportunities to travel to Italy, Formula One races.

      Cons

      Very negative place to work for females. Mostly men in senior leadership positions. Pay isn't great. They promise increases but it never happens. Very lean organization so not many opportunities to move up, however, for males, it seems like opportunities are created.
