      -Handful of helpful and kind coworkers -Free lunch Monday through Friday -Occasional free candy (not able to choose)

      Cons

      -Machines are loud (though company provides hearing protection, its cheap and doesn't help much) -As a Packaging Assistant, there are 3 jobs you can do (dumping, packing, and palletizing). Shifts go by slowly because of the monotonous work at each of these stations -On your feet for 9 hours (even when machines are down/not running, you are not allowed to lean or sit anywhere) -Hierarchy of command is confusing/not efficient -Machines are frequently non-productive for the first 1-2 hours of work or randomly stop working throughout the shift (efficiency rate is ~50%)

      Very cut throat / unforgiving culture Poor work / life balance Poor IT systems Unrealistic deadlines, “Ferrara Fast” High employee turnover Most work is churn at the corporate level, does not feed into proper decisions / strategy execution at the executive level Short term performance management, worse than Private Equity companies. Week to week performance reviews of the business, leading to substandard results in market and serious risk of long term underperformance
