Great culture, fun place to work and low stress environment (most of the time)

Objectives weren't always clear (especially outside the product space) which made work more chaotic than it needed to be and often felt like work was redundant or unnecessary

Has the culture of a startup even after being acquired by Bendigo Bank.

Hard to find a balance between adhering to big bank regulations and maintaining a great culture.
