      Tips, decent pay, some fantastic clients and some good co-workers

      micro managing owner, no profit sharing program, high turnover, inconsistent management of operations and logistics, and satisfactory equipment & vehicle fleet

      Seemed good in the beginning but afterwards it was meh!! Thumbs down.

      Cons

      The commute, open office where you can hear everything, management is okay.

      Pros

      I was able to advance in the company quickly, which was nice. If you are willing to work, they will keep you busy. It's also a well-established and well-known moving company and they live up to their good reputation.

      Cons

      I never had any problems working at Ferguson.
