Pros
After 8 years, there aren't many pros to this place. But, vacation hours are pretty good.
Cons
Management. Some of it arrogant, much of it egotistical and heavy-handed. You don't get shouted at, instead, you get dressed down. I am a self-motivated employee and work very hard. I don't screw around and find ways out of work. For some of the treatment I have received at the hands and voices of management, you'd think I was a person repeatedly caught goofing off and being non-productive. A member of management at whatever level comes walking in, get out the palm fronds and bow down and worship. Sexual harassment. I'm writing this incognito, to give the details isn't wise, but a member of higher level management engaging in outrageous behavior, using his role and position in and abuse of discretion and power. Attempting to actually take your time off that you have earned: good luck. Work your ass off, which is exactly what I have done for 8 years and be treated like a 5 year old. Pay raises - company-wide - do not even rise to the level of inflation, no matter how hard you have worked or how much your efforts have paid off to the company. Finally, lack of any managerial motivation. You will not be told a job well-done. You will never hear anything that actually motivates you in terms of your achievements and how your efforts have in whatever way caused the company to see some kind of additional success (read: numbers; gross profits; loyalty; etc.)
