      The CEO is horrible. Takes advantage of lower level employees and is a complete narcissist. Thinks that your entire life should revolve around the job and compensation is extremely low. No growth here - takes so long to be promoted and upper staff can be rude and condescending

      Pros

      Great starter internship, cool shows, and it breaks you into the world of PR. The admin team is very nice. The CEO is the nicest person EVER.

      Cons

      Upper management can be rude and condescending. When you ask for help, it seems like pulling teeth for some of them.
