Don’t fall for it unless you want to be underpaid, overworked, and managed by insolent Karens. Preserve your idyllic view of the brand instead of living through the soul crushing reality of working here. Run fast. It’s the same for all departments.

The so called leadership team is a mockery. Greedy and pompous and completely detached from reality exerting crippling pressure over their impoverished minions. They talk about the soul of Fender. There is no soul. You killed it for us with your greed.
