Pros
I have been working at FenceCore for just over a year now. Great work environment and a great place to learn and grow. Great team members who are energetic and experienced. The management also encourages you to be innovative, look at new tools to help our work, try new methods of development, they are very open to new ideas. It is gratifying to be solicited for our ideas and be listened to. Not a micro-managed environment and everyone is trusted to do the work that is expected from them. Company is on the smaller side right now, but have been growing exponentially since I've started here. I look forward to coming into work every morning to expand my knowledge and grow with/within the company.
Cons
Office is kind of tight right now with the frequent addition of new employees, but they are planning on moving to a bigger office (with a company lounge and fully stocked kitchen!) relatively soon.
