Long lasting team is an amazing group of individuals. Warehouse group works extremely cohesively, and the office (sales, customer service, and graphic department) are a cohesive group of friends.
Cons
David sold the company in 2023, and the SmartSign leadership is a joke. CEO refused to learn the business, and quickly crippled the strong family culture they'd built over 15 years.
